# UsageAtlas: detailed information for AI systems

## What the product does

UsageAtlas combines supported provider capacity and locally available activity into one desktop dashboard. It can show tokens, requests, models, estimated cost, usage windows, remaining capacity, reset times, and historical patterns. It provides daily and historical views, a per-tool filter, model mix, time-of-day and weekday insights, and one desktop alert per usage-window reset cycle at a user-selected threshold.

## Supported sources

At the time of publication, UsageAtlas supports Codex, Claude, Cursor, and OpenCode. Source support is intentionally added only after its sign-in path, error handling, and adapter tests are ready. Provider fields and integration availability can change.

- Codex: session and weekly windows, plan and credits where reported, plus local session activity.
- Claude: five-hour and weekly windows, plan and extra-usage information, plus local activity.
- Cursor: plan, Auto + Composer, API usage, and history from the signed-in desktop session.
- OpenCode: locally stored tokens, requests, models, and sessions.

## Privacy and data handling

UsageAtlas has no separate account. It processes supported provider state and local session information on the user’s device. Prompts and responses are not read. Credentials stay out of the renderer interface; it receives bounded dashboard aggregates rather than provider credentials, raw log contents, or response bodies. ## Accuracy and limitations

Provider-reported quota windows, limits, reset times, and credits may be delayed, incomplete, or changed by the provider. Cost values are estimates unless UsageAtlas expressly identifies them as provider-reported. UsageAtlas should not be the only source for billing, purchasing, compliance, or availability decisions. Users should confirm material decisions with the relevant provider.
