01
Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of the UsageAtlas website, desktop application, and related update services. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use UsageAtlas.
If you use UsageAtlas for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
02
Open-source licence
The UsageAtlas source code is made available under the MIT License included with the project. That licence governs your rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the source code.
These website terms govern the hosted website, official packaged builds, update service, product names, logos, and other materials that are not granted to you by the MIT License.
03
Acceptable use
You may not use UsageAtlas or its services to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- gain unauthorised access to an account, device, provider, or service;
- bypass provider controls, quotas, or technical restrictions;
- interfere with the website, update service, or other users; or
- misrepresent an unofficial build as an official UsageAtlas release.
04
Provider accounts and third-party services
UsageAtlas works with third-party tools and services, including Codex, Claude, Cursor, and OpenCode. You are responsible for your accounts, credentials, provider agreements, and use of those services.
UsageAtlas is independent from those providers. Provider names and marks belong to their respective owners. A provider may change or remove an endpoint, limit, data field, or authentication method at any time, which may affect UsageAtlas.
05
Usage and cost information
Quotas, reset times, credits, token counts, request counts, and other provider-reported information may be delayed, incomplete, or changed by the provider. Cost figures shown by UsageAtlas are estimates unless explicitly labelled as provider-stored cost.
Do not rely on UsageAtlas as the sole source for billing, purchasing, compliance, or availability decisions. Confirm material decisions with the relevant provider.
06
Updates and availability
Official packaged builds may check for and install updates using the UsageAtlas update service. Features, supported platforms, providers, and data sources may change over time.
The website, app, and update service may be suspended or discontinued. There is no promise that every provider integration or historical data source will remain available.
07
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UsageAtlas is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
08
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UsageAtlas contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use UsageAtlas. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.
09
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as UsageAtlas changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
